Our sod process
- Site visit and square-foot measurement
- Strip old turf and weeds, haul off site
- Grade for drainage away from foundations
- Spread and level screened topsoil (4 inches for sod, 3 inches for seed)
- Lay sod staggered and tight, roll, water in
- Watering guide and 2-week check-in

- Grass seed with topsoil for large areas and budget-sensitive sites
- Hydroseeding through our hydroseeding partner for slopes, ditches and highway-scale restoration
