How we got here

GrassWorks started as an owner-operated mowing company and grew into one of Winnipeg's best-reviewed lawn care brands, with a BBB accreditation, a 5.0-star Google rating and more than a hundred recurring properties. Xtra Touch Lawn Care built a commercial book, ran municipal and Crown corporation maintenance contracts, and invested in a wheel loader and heavy equipment.

The two companies worked side by side for years on shared contracts. In September 2026 they merged into WhiteBay Group Inc. so clients get one company with the depth to handle commercial grounds, snow, site work and hauling without subcontracting the important parts.

What we stand on

Leadership

WhiteBay Group is led by Gursewak Singh and Pardeep Singh Dhaliwal, the founders of GrassWorks and Xtra Touch respectively. Both are on site, both supervise contract work, and both answer the phone.
