What does sod cost installed?
Residential sod with soil prep runs roughly $2 to $3 per square foot. Commercial restoration is quoted at unit rates per square foot. We measure on site and give one number.
Do you do design?
Yes, for practical layouts: beds, rock, sod, grades and drainage. For architectural designs we work from your landscape architect's drawings.
How long does a full yard take?
A typical city lot front and back is two to four working days once materials land. Big rebuilds with grading run a week.
Do you haul away the old material?
Yes. Old sod, soil, rock and debris leave in our dump trailer or dump truck as part of the job.
